Is QuickReel free to use?

Yes, completely. QuickReel is free with unlimited downloads. We never ask for payments, credit cards, or premium subscriptions.

Do I need to install any software or browser extensions?

No. QuickReel is an entirely browser-based web service. It runs in any web browser on desktop, iPhone, iPad, Android, or tablet without needing external apps.

Can I download private Instagram posts or Reels?

No. QuickReel only works for publicly viewable content. We cannot and do not access media from private Instagram accounts or expiring private direct messages.

Does QuickReel add any watermark to videos or photos?

No. All media is retrieved in its untouched original state straight from Instagram's content delivery servers, free of any watermarks, stamps, or re-compression artifacts.

How do I copy a link from the Instagram app?

When viewing a Reel or post in Instagram, tap the "Paper Airplane" or "Share" icon on the side of the screen, then tap the "Copy link" option from the menu. Then paste that link on QuickReel.

Where are the saved files downloaded on my device?

On PC and Mac, files go directly into your "Downloads" directory. On mobile devices, check your Safari/Chrome downloads manager, Files app, or Photos gallery.

Do you track or keep copies of the media I download?

No. We operate on a strict privacy model. We do not store download histories, links you paste, or any copies of downloaded media on our servers.
